- Build Esprit de Corps – Foster a team environment where pride and loyalty run deep. You’ll rally in-house carpenters, subcontractors, and vendors around a shared mission, creating a “one team, one fight” culture that makes every project feel like a family victory.
- Serve as a Servant Leader – Lead by lifting others up. Support your team with the resources, training, and encouragement they need to grow. Mentor craftsmen, communicate transparently with clients, and ensure everyone feels valued and equipped to do their best work.
- Infuse Humor & Humility – Keep the job fun. Laugh together, win together, and never take yourself too seriously. A light-hearted approach keeps morale high and reminds us that the best work comes when we get over ourselves and focus on the mission.
