Analista SharePoint

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista SharePoint based in Brazil.

This role is focused on the administration, evolution, and governance of enterprise SharePoint environments within a modern Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will support business teams in building collaborative portals, document libraries, workflows, and structured knowledge management solutions. The position combines technical administration with functional analysis, requiring you to translate business needs into scalable and secure SharePoint solutions. You will play a key role in improving usability, information architecture, and governance standards across corporate digital workplaces. Working in a collaborative environment, you will interact with infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure reliable and well-structured platforms. This is an opportunity to shape how information is organized, shared, and secured across a large enterprise ecosystem.

Accountabilities:
  • Administer, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server environments ensuring stability and performance.
  • Create and manage sites, pages, lists, libraries, web parts, and collaborative components aligned with business needs.
  • Manage permissions, access groups, security policies, and sharing settings to ensure proper governance and data protection.
  • Structure and maintain document governance frameworks including metadata, taxonomy, versioning, and retention policies.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional SharePoint solutions and improvements.
  • Develop and maintain workflows and automations using Power Automate when applicable.
  • Support creation of forms and lightweight applications using Power Apps when needed.
  • Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and related services.
  • Improve user experience, portal structure, and visual standardization across collaborative environments.
  • Support migrations, content restructuring, incident resolution, and continuous platform improvements.
  • Produce technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures to support platform usage.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and Microsoft 365 best practices across all solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as SharePoint Analyst, Administrator, or Consultant in enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server administration and configuration.
  • Hands-on experience managing sites, libraries, permissions, and collaborative components within SharePoint.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and integrations.
  • Experience with document governance, metadata management, taxonomy, and information architecture.
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical SharePoint solutions.
  • Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow automation and form creation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve platform performance.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail, especially in governance and security contexts.
  • Nice to have: PowerShell, SPFx, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), Microsoft Purview, migration experience, and Microsoft certifications.
