  • Define and enforce standards, governance models, documentation, and operational best practices for the M365 ecosystem.

  • Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to design and deliver scalable M365 solutions aligned with organizational needs.
  • Mentor and support technical team members, contributing to capability building and operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • 8–10+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments, preferably within global organizations.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive) and related services.
  • Proven experience driving large-scale adoption of M365 tools and leading change management initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • Solid understanding of M365 security, compliance, identity, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of working across business and IT teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, global, and matrixed environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience; Microsoft certifications are a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with senior-level responsibilities.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance coverage.
  • Flexible remote or hybrid work arrangements depending on location.
  • Access to modern collaboration tools and continuous learning resources.
  • Career development opportunities within a global, innovation-driven environment.
  • Support for certifications and ongoing professional growth.
  • Employee assistance programs supporting mental, legal, and financial well-being.
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on purpose-driven impact.
