We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic Sales team and contribute to the continued success of one of Nashville's premier hospitality destinations.
In this role, you will provide administrative, operational, and customer service support to the Sales team, helping to drive revenue generation and ensure seamless communication throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and coordinating daily activities.
- Prepare, distribute, and maintain sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts, presentations, booking confirmations, reports, and other materials, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering timely, professional, and service-focused communication via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain organized sales records, databases, and reporting systems to support business development efforts and ensure accurate information management.
- Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and special events, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience that reflects The Westin Nashville's commitment to exceptional hospitality.
- Partner with hotel departments to facilitate communication and ensure successful execution of client needs and sales initiatives.
- Support sales events, client appreciation programs, trade shows, and promotional activities that drive revenue and strengthen client relationships.
- Assist with departmental projects, market research, travel arrangements, expense reporting, office administration, and other duties as assigned in support of the Sales team's objectives.

OTHER:
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled mandatory training sessions and meetings is required.
