In this role, you will be responsible for driving the performance and intelligence behind the entire lead lifecycle, ensuring that data, automation, and communication strategies work together to maximize conversion and engagement. You will operate at the core of CRM operations, managing databases, optimizing segmentation, and building journeys that guide leads through the funnel with precision. The position demands strong analytical thinking, technical fluency, and a deep understanding of marketing automation ecosystems. You will also play a strategic role in improving integrations, workflows, and campaign performance across multiple tools. Working remotely in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with SDR, marketing, and product teams. This is a highly impactful role where your decisions directly influence conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue outcomes.
You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, quality, and scalability of CRM operations, from data integrity to advanced automation strategies.
- Manage lead databases and ensure proper segmentation, hygiene, and progression through the sales funnel until MQL conversion.
- Design, configure, and optimize CRM journeys, automations, and triggers for lead nurturing and conversion across multiple stages.
- Build and execute campaigns focused on conversion, including trial activation, retrial, and re-engagement strategies.
- Analyze CRM KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and improve conversion rates.
- Configure and integrate tools such as RD Station, Pipedrive, Intercom, and Power BI within the CRM ecosystem.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data models to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuous experimentation to improve messaging, segmentation, and campaign performance.
- Collaborate closely with SDR and marketing teams to improve lead quality and funnel efficiency.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically strong, and experienced in managing CRM ecosystems with a data-driven mindset.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools such as RD Station, Pipedrive, Intercom, and similar platforms.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of automation, integrations, and CRM architecture.
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to marketing, analytics, or productivity workflows.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lifecycle management, and 360º marketing strategies.
