This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced program management professional to lead strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence, organizational transformation, and AI-enabled innovation. You will oversee complex global programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and implement scalable processes that enhance business performance and customer engagement. Working closely with senior stakeholders and external partners, you will ensure successful program execution while advancing change management and technology adoption. - Lead strategic global programs and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring successful execution, alignment with business objectives, and measurable outcomes.
- Manage large-scale transformation initiatives, including platform migrations, operational improvements, and go-to-market programs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement plans, communication frameworks, adoption initiatives, and success metrics.
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve standardized project management frameworks, governance models, reporting processes, and operational playbooks.
- Coordinate program delivery across multiple regions, departments, and external partners while ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely execution.
- Oversee partner and subcontractor governance, ensuring clear responsibilities, quality standards, and consistent delivery performance.
- Promote the adoption of AI-enabled technologies, automation tools, and digital solutions to improve reporting, knowledge management, operational efficiency, and program execution.
- Administer and optimize project management platforms and collaboration tools supporting staffing, governance, and delivery operations.
- Define, monitor, and report key performance indicators, operational health metrics, and program effectiveness to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement while fostering innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; an advanced degree is considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, project management, PMO operations, or business operations within technology, data, financial services, or similar industries.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and global teams.
- Strong expertise in change management, including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, organizational adoption, and transformation initiatives.
- Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, manage expectations, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working with enterprise software platforms, digital collaboration tools, and project management technologies.
- Solid understanding of AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with experience implementing AI-enabled solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives, optimize workflows, and promote continuous innovation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across geographically distributed teams.
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $119,100 to $172,650, based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
