- Curate customer proof points, including customer stories, logos, and evidence for web, sales, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage, coach, and develop the product marketing team while establishing team strategy, priorities, and operating processes.
- Represent the organization at occasional industry events and travel as needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, including at least 2 years managing product marketing professionals.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within security, IT operations, endpoint management, or another technically complex technology environment.
- Proven track record of owning product launches that contribute to pipeline growth and product adoption.
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to demonstrate products, collaborate effectively with product managers and engineers, and translate technical features into differentiated customer messaging.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills, with credibility across executive audiences, sales organizations, customers, analysts, and technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience developing and managing competitive intelligence programs and turning market insights into tangible sales outcomes.
- Direct experience with pricing and packaging strategy, including SKU structures and monetization decisions for new products or capabilities.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, combined with the ability to remain hands-on and execute high-impact programs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence decisions across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a fully distributed, autonomous, and collaborative work environment.
