This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Workday Benefits System Analyst in Brazil.
This role is part of a global People Technology organization focused on scaling and optimizing HR systems that support employees across the business. You will act as a Workday subject matter expert, responsible for designing, configuring, and enhancing the Benefits and Absence modules to ensure a seamless employee experience. Working in a highly collaborative and technology-driven environment, you will partner closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions. Your work will directly impact the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of employee benefits processes. This is a hands-on technical-functional role that combines configuration expertise, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. You will also contribute to system improvements, automation initiatives, and ongoing platform evolution within a fast-paced, global organization.
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Benefits and Absence modules, ensuring scalable and efficient system setup aligned with business needs.
- Configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, enrollment events, dependent coverages, and lifecycle changes such as open enrollment and life event processing.
- Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, tracking requests and maintaining documentation in service management tools.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and translate needs into Workday solutions.
- Ensure compliance of benefits configurations with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements across relevant regions.
- Develop, execute, and document test plans and system validation for enhancements, releases, and integrations with third-party providers.
- Build reports, dashboards, and documentation to support audits, reporting needs, and end-user training.
- 5+ years of experience working with Workday, with strong expertise in Benefits and Absence modules.
- Hands-on configuration experience across Workday Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Security, and Business Processes.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR systems, including downstream impacts across integrations, data flows, and enterprise applications.
- Experience creating and maintaining Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR technology teams.
- Proven ability to support open enrollment cycles, benefits administration, and system lifecycle updates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify processes and improve system efficiency.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors.
- Workday Pro Certifications strongly preferred.
- Exposure to AI-driven HR tools, automation, or intelligent workflows is a strong plus.
- Strong plus: experience with Benefits and Time Tracking integrations and familiarity with modern HR tech ecosystems.
