This role focuses on the operational management of mobility benefits within a large, complex, and highly structured organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate execution of transportation-related benefits such as public transport vouchers, fuel allowances, and shuttle services, working across multiple systems and employee profiles. The position plays a key role in maintaining data integrity, financial accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. You will interact with vendors, internal HR partners, and employees to ensure smooth benefit operations and issue resolution. The environment is dynamic and detail-oriented, requiring strong analytical control and process discipline. - Operate and manage mobility benefits including Vale Transporte, fuel allowance, and transportation shuttle services.
- Execute the monthly purchasing cycle of mobility benefits, ensuring correct credit loading and coordination with transportation providers.
- Maintain and update beneficiary databases, aligning employee work schedules (hybrid, retail, corporate) with applicable regional tariffs and policies.
- Validate invoices from vendors, perform accounting entries, and ensure correct payroll deductions in compliance with labor legislation.
- Act as the main point of contact for vendors, resolving operational and technical issues related to benefit services.
- Support employees, managers, and HR business partners by handling inquiries and providing guidance on mobility benefits.
- Develop reports and perform periodic audits to ensure financial accuracy and operational compliance of benefit processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience in benefits operations, particularly mobility-related benefits such as transportation vouchers and fuel programs.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data cross-referencing.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage manual and structured operational processes.
- Experience working with data reconciliation, financial controls, or payroll interfaces is required.
- Familiarity with SAP (ECC or Benefits module) is a plus.
- Experience in organizations with multi-site operations or varied workforce structures is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, organization skills, and ability to manage operational complexity.
