Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for managing a comprehensive recruitment and retention program for assigned areas.
EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of professional or office experience.
Preferred: 2 years of recruiting or Human Resources experience.
ADDITIONAL SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: Ability to organize work and perform duties with minimal amount of supervision. Has the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Practice excellent customer service skills. Strong technical, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and commitment to detail. Able to prepare objectives, lecture materials and presentations. Able to exhibit strong public speaking skills in all settings. Demonstrates proficiency in computer skill.
