- Handle ongoing account maintenance requests, including transfers, distributions, beneficiary updates, and other service-related changes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate and confirm client money movements promptly and securely while adhering to firm procedures and compliance standards
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing inbound and outbound communication with professionalism, warmth, responsiveness, and confidence

- Assist with compliance-related documentation, operational workflows, and internal administrative processes to support the broader advisory team
- Collaborate closely with advisors and team members to help deliver a high-touch, white-glove client experience across all stages of the relationship
Ideal Profile / Experience
Four or more years of client service experience in wealth management or financial services is preferred.
Platform experience matters less than a strong grasp of the fundamentals:
- Account types and structures (individual, joint, IRA, trust, and similar)
- Account opening, onboarding, and KYC processes
- Risk tolerance frameworks and money movement workflows
- Confident, professional phone communication with clients
- Polished written communication: the ability to draft a client email or meeting recap that is clear, warm, and accurate on the first pass
Custodial platform experience (Schwab, Fidelity, or equivalent) is a plus, not a requirement. Wirehouse and broker-dealer backgrounds translate well.
A Series 65 or 66 is a plus but not required.
Beyond technical knowledge, we are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and client-first. The ideal candidate takes ownership, communicates without being prompted, and takes pride in getting the details right.

Examples may include:
- Reduced full-time schedules
