Role Overview:

As a Nurse RN at Visiting Angels Charlottesville, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care in a compassionate and supportive environment. In this role, youll collaborate closely with our team to ensure the well-being of our clients and contribute to their overall health goals. Whether you work on-site or remotely, youll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver quality nursing care to our clients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
2. Assist with providing patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
3. Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of changes.
4. Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding health management if need be.
5. Collaborate with our partners and healthcare team members to coordinate client care and improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. RN license in Virginia a must!
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
5. Experience in home care or home health care or a similar setting preferred.

Bonus If You:

1. Possess a certification in geriatric nursing.
2. Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
3. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is PRN and/or Part Time.

This position is on-site/remote in Charlottesville, Virginia serving Charlottesville, Albemarle, Crozet, Greene, Madison, Fluvanna, Orange, Louisa and other surrounding areas.
