As a Site Assistant, you are responsible for ensuring a clean, safe environment for both visiting homeowners and tradespeople working on site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site safety.
• Provide new residential site clean-up.
• Prepare site for trades.
• Complete minor carpentry tasks.
• Help to maintain signage during the construction process.
• Assess & remove hazard on work sits.

Qualifications

• Basic construction knowledge – building technology, processes, and building materials.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with high degree of initiative and flexibility.
• Time management, multitasking, punctual, and organizational skills.
• Valid Alberta Driver’s License.

This is a physically demanding position which will require you to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
