This role is responsible for driving and executing revenue management strategies across hotel operations, ensuring optimization of pricing, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR. You will play a key part in maximizing revenue performance through data-driven decisions and strategic commercial actions. The position operates in a dynamic hospitality environment, working closely with reservations, sales, and operations teams. It requires strong analytical thinking and attention to market behavior to identify opportunities and risks. You will also contribute directly to distribution strategy and channel performance. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting focused on continuous revenue growth and operational excellence.
- Execute and monitor revenue management strategies to optimize hotel performance indicators such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and overall revenue results.
- Manage reservations across multiple channels, ensuring accurate input, availability control, and adherence to pricing and inventory strategies.
- Provide guests and intermediaries with the best booking options, following daily commercial guidelines and conversion goals.
- Handle reservation inquiries via phone and chat, ensuring high-quality service, accurate information, and strong conversion rates.
- Conduct negotiations for group bookings and support strategic pricing decisions for higher-value segments.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and additional revenue streams such as early check-in, late check-out, and ancillary services.
- Monitor channel performance (e.g., channel manager, GDS, PMS) and support distribution optimization to prevent overbooking and maximize demand capture.
- Generate leads and collaborate with commercial and revenue teams when additional business opportunities arise.
- Proven experience in Revenue Management (minimum 1 year) within hospitality or related sectors.
- Hands-on knowledge of revenue and distribution tools such as channel managers (e.g., Omnibees), RMS platforms (e.g., Climber), PMS, GDS, and hotel booking engines.
- Experience using Power BI and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Lighthouse or similar benchmarking and pricing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with teams and management.
