Production Parts Hanger – Entry Level Manufacturing
Factory Work | Good Pay | 10-Hour Shifts | Full Time
About Us
Deco Products, founded in 1960 in Decorah, Iowa, is the largest stand-alone dedicated zinc die caster in North America. Our products serve industries such as office furniture, windows and doors, commercial vehicles, RVs, HVAC, and more.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
40 hours per week with mandatory overtime as needed
What You’ll Do
Hang, remove, and package powder-coated parts
Follow work instructions and safety procedures
Maintain a clean, organized work area
Meet quality and production goals
What We’re Looking For
Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Able to lift up to 40 lbs
18+ with high school diploma or GED
