What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Team Member, you'll play a key role in creating high-quality carbon fiber bows through detailed assembly, finishing, inspection, and production processes.

In this position, you'll:

• Collaborate with teammates to build exceptional products
• Work in molding, lab operations, finishing, pattern cutting, and CNC machine operation
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established work standards
• Identify and communicate product, material, or process concerns
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and data collection efforts
• Take ownership of quality and contribute to the success of the team

A Day in the Life

• Participate in daily team huddles and company communication meetings

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent attendance and dependability
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Experience with CNC machines, pattern cutting, molding, or production environments is a plus

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, with start times between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. and 9-hour shifts. Friday features a 4-hour shift, with no weekend work required.

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour.
