Job Description:

We are seeking a Wire Cell Helper to support our production operations. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment used in the manufacturing of electrical components, cables, and assemblies. This position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor heat- shrinking equipment in accordance with production schedules and specifications.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and reduce material waste.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance, including cleaning and routine troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and production requirements.
• Accurately record production data and report equipment issues or malfunctions to supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred).
• Previous experience in wire processing, cable assembly, or heat shrinking operations strongly preferred.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail for working with small components.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and insulation materials is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, or process documentation.
