Work location: 4400 Long Prairie Rd., Flower Mound, TX 75028

Work hours: Full Time, Days working 3- 12-hour shifts (36 hours weekly)

Department highlights:

• Provides perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room, including circulating and/or scrubbing for a variety of surgical procedures while maintaining strict sterile technique and patient safety standards
• Collaborates closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to ensure efficient case flow, accurate instrumentation, and optimal patient outcomes
• Supports a high-acuity, fast-paced OR environment, utilizing advanced surgical technology and adhering to best practices in infection prevention and perioperative care

Here's What You Need

• Nursing Diploma (Nursing) - Required
  OR
• Associate's Degree in Nursing - Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - Preferred
• One (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of a Registered Nurse (RN) residency program - Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) - Required upon hire
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) - Required prior to providing independent patient care; must be maintained quarterly

As a nurse, you will focus on responding to others priorities regarding safety, physical and psychological needs while paying close attention to maintenance of comfort and human emotion during health and illness, while providing safe patient care.
