About the Role:

As a Screenprinter, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality printed materials by applying ink through screens onto various substrates such as apparel, paper, or other surfaces. Your work will directly impact the visual appeal and durability of the final product, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand consistency. You will be responsible for setting up and operating screen printing equipment, preparing screens, mixing inks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating screen printing equipment in a production environment.
• Basic knowledge of color theory and ink mixing.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials safely.
• Ability to follow production calendar independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Formal training or certification in screen printing or graphic arts.
• Experience with automated screen printing machines.
• Familiarity with different substrates such as apparel, plastics, and paper.
• Basic mechanical skills for minor equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate screen printing machines according to job specifications and production schedules.
• Mix and match inks to achieve desired colors and consistency for each print job.
• Inspect printed materials for quality, ensuring alignment, color accuracy, and absence of defects.
• Maintain and clean equipment and work areas to ensure safety and optimal machine performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and troubleshoot printing issues.
• Document production details and report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages.
