- Translate complex engineering and utility concepts into clear, accessible messaging in collaboration with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders.
- Support product marketing initiatives by creating and maintaining product one-pagers, brochures, and sales enablement materials aligned with company positioning.
- Contribute to demand generation efforts, including email campaigns, nurture streams, content distribution, and cross-channel campaign execution.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring alignment across teams, timely delivery of assets, and consistent messaging across channels.
- Support client engagement and community-building initiatives such as webinars, user events, newsletters, and industry-facing communications.
- Assist with marketing operations, including event logistics, conference planning, and management of supporting materials and resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within enterprise software or highly technical product environments.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of modern marketing practices, including campaign execution, content strategy, and product marketing fundamentals.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity, ideation, and content development workflows.
- Highly adaptable, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fully remote work within Canada, with flexible working hours (core hours typically 10:00 AM–3:00 PM).
- Competitive compensation package with stock options, allowing participation in the company’s long-term success.
- Health spending account and comprehensive benefits package supporting employee wellbeing.
- Paid time off and flexible work arrangements promoting work-life balance.
- Opportunity to shape and grow a marketing function within a rapidly scaling technology company.
- Autonomy over a wide range of responsibilities with strong exposure to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborative, remote-first culture with a strong emphasis on ownership, innovation, and teamwork.
