Job Description
About us:
Founded by Jordan Cullen in 2018, Cullen Jewellery is an Australian fine jewellery brand grounded in intention, care, and considered design.
As a digital-first brand, we bring together traditional craftsmanship and modern technology to create pieces designed to endure – in both form and feeling.
From carbon neutral lab-grown diamonds to responsible material choices and global replanting initiatives, every detail reflects Cullen’s long-term perspective.
About the position:
The Paid Social & Influencer Coordinator supports brand growth by executing high-volume ad campaigns across Meta and TikTok while managing the end-to-end micro-influencer program. By bridging technical ad management with creator scouting and content brief alignment, you will help expand Cullen Jewellery’s global reach and digital performance.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Execute the paid media roadmap by building, uploading, and launching a high volume of ad campaigns across Meta and TikTok in support of the Paid Social Specialist.
- Source and recruit a steady stream of micro-influencers and creators who align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Write clear, conversion-focused creative briefs for influencers utilising hooks and angles defined by the overarching creative strategy.
- Review, QA, and approve all incoming influencer deliverables to ensure strict adherence to brief requirements, brand guidelines, and quality standards before they go live.
- Monitor campaign delivery to proactively identify and escalate anomalies, spend spikes, pacing issues, or under-delivery.
- Assist with performance reporting by extracting data from Meta, TikTok, and influencer tracking tools to help identify winning creatives and overarching trends.
- Identify and engage creators through Meta and TikTok marketplaces, fostering strong ongoing partnerships.
What are we seeking?
- Proven experience in paid social media operations and managing high-volume influencer or creator programs.
- Experience with Meta and TikTok Ads Manager, including campaign setup, and basic troubleshooting.
- A deep understanding of the current social media landscape, with the ability to write conversion-focused creative briefs and QA content effectively.
- Basic digital editing skills, with the ability to resize visual assets, source trending audio, and adapt content for platform best practices.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume ad upload pipeline and conflicting priorities.
- Self-directed and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
What we offer:
In addition to a competitive remuneration package, and the ability to work in a beautiful office location in the heart of Kew, we offer all our team members with a range of benefits including:
- A supportive and collaborative work environment;
- An Employee Assistance Program for you and a family member to utilise;
- Generous staff and family / friend discounts;
- Team events and initiatives included as part of our wellbeing program;
- Paid volunteer leave, and sponsorship of a child in South East Asia/Africa under your name;
- The opportunity to join a growing company with a global presence - you really can take your career anywhere!
