Senior Account Executive, B2B Tech

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Account Executive, B2B Tech based in the United States.

This is an opportunity for an experienced PR professional to take a leading role in executing high-impact communications campaigns for B2B technology brands.
You’ll combine strong media instincts, strategic thinking, and compelling storytelling to generate meaningful earned media results.
The role offers hands-on exposure to client relationships, media strategy, product launches, events, influencer programs, and integrated campaigns.
You’ll work alongside creative, social, and digital specialists in a fast-moving, collaborative agency environment.
Your ability to identify timely stories, build media relationships, and translate complex ideas into compelling narratives will directly influence client success.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as a day-to-day client partner, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic B2B technology PR plans and integrated campaign initiatives.
  • Manage organized workflows across multiple, fast-moving client activities and competing priorities.
  • Develop compelling media pitches, press materials, messaging, and other communications tailored to relevant audiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with technology media, influencers, creators, and other relevant industry contacts.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to secure earned media coverage across leading technology publications and platforms.
  • Support product launches, media events, experiential activations, influencer programs, and other campaign initiatives.
  • Conduct research, monitor industry trends, and identify timely storytelling opportunities that strengthen client positioning.
  • Track media conversations and surface insights that can inform campaign strategy and messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance, compile relevant metrics, and prepare clear, client-ready reports.
  • Collaborate with creative, social, digital, and other internal teams to deliver cohesive integrated campaigns.
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorms and help develop creative PR concepts that generate meaningful client impact.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in public relations or media, with agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success developing media pitches and securing meaningful earned media coverage.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with familiarity with AP Style.
  • Solid understanding of media relations, PR campaign execution, and the B2B technology communications landscape.
  • Strong interest in consumer brands, culture, technology, industry trends, and compelling storytelling.
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong follow-through and problem-solving ability.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute ideas while supporting broader team objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation agency environment and adapt quickly to changing client needs.
