Galaxy Lifts is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join as a Sales Director - Leader will lead and manage Galaxy Lifts' sales organization. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and building a high-performing team aligned with the company's goals and values.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a Sales Manager, Retails Sales Team & Dealer Sales Team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Developing short- and long-term sales goals, analyzing market trends, and adapting strategies to changing competitor landscapes.
- Sourcing and allocating the necessary tools, leads, and technology required for the sales team to close deals.
- Building high-level relationships with major clients and partners to secure enterprise deals and maintain client retention.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and performance goals across the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and industry partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Represent Galaxy Lifts at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Drive accountability and a results-oriented culture within the sales team.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 7 - 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience managing and developing sales teams.
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in the lift, construction, industrial, or related industry preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of sales script and role playing experience.
- In office location: Mabank-Tyler, TX.
