Job Description
Infinity Group USA - HR & Talent Partner
Summerlin, Las Vegas, Nevada | Full-Time | On-Site, 5 Days | Monday - Friday | $95,000–$135,000 USD, depending on experience.
Are you the sort of person who puts your shopping cart back? Good. We tend to find that's a pretty reliable indicator of character. At Infinity, we care less about people who do the right thing when they're told, and more about people who do the right thing when nobody's watching.
That's exactly the type of person we're looking for to support our founding team members and help build the workforce that will drive Infinity Group USA through its next stage of growth and establishment.
Build the People Function Behind a Growing US BusinessInfinity Group USA is a growing financial education, debt reduction, and wealth creation company headquartered in Las Vegas. Our business builds on Infinity Group’s established success in Australia while operating as a separate US organization focused on helping Americans take greater control of their financial futures.
In simple terms, we help clients accelerate their journey towards becoming debt free on their homes and building long-term wealth.
Our US team currently includes approximately 20 employees, all less than six months into brand-new roles. They are our founding team members, and we are now hiring our first dedicated HR & Talent Partner to support them while leading the charge on ambitious hiring and growth goals.
Based in our Summerlin office and reporting to our Executive Vice President of Operations, you will be the sole HR and recruiting resource for the US business. You will have meaningful autonomy, direct access to senior leadership, and the opportunity to build our people function from the ground up.

The OpportunityThis role combines senior HR partnership, full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, compliance, training, coaching and hands-on people operations. You will support the full employee lifecycle while creating practical, scalable processes for a business that is still taking shape in the United States.
You will already be operating at a high level, but you will understand what being the first HR hire really means. There is no large HR team to hand work to and no established playbook for every situation. You will need to think strategically, make sound decisions, and roll up your sleeves to handle whatever is required.
What You’ll Own- Lead full-cycle recruiting across the US business, from workforce planning and sourcing through selection, offers, and onboarding.
- Build recruiting processes, talent pipelines, and candidate experiences that can support ambitious growth.
- Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance, development, engagement, and day-to-day people decisions.
- Own onboarding and support employees throughout the full employee lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain practical HR policies, procedures, records, and reporting.
- Provide guidance on federal and Nevada employment requirements and help establish compliant, scalable practices.
- Identify gaps, solve problems, and continuously improve the employee and manager experience.
- Help define the future structure, priorities, and operating rhythm of the US people function.
- Senior-level HR generalist, HR business partner, people partner, or HR manager experience, ideally in financial services, coaching or account management environments
- Demonstrated recruiting capability, including ownership of full-cycle hiring and partnership with hiring leaders.
- Practical experience across employee relations and the full employee lifecycle.
- Strong working knowledge of US employment practices and applicable compliance requirements.
- The judgment and confidence to advise leaders, handle sensitive matters, and operate independently.
- A builder mindset: you are comfortable creating structure, improving processes, and working without a large support team.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership of both strategic priorities and essential day-to-day work.
- Clear communication, strong follow-through, and the ability to earn trust at every level of the organization.
- Base salary: $95,000–$135,000 USD, depending on experience.
- Benefits: At Infinity, we look after our people with a comprehensive benefits package designed to help you thrive personally, professionally, and financially, including employer-funded medical, dental and vision coverage, access to a 401(k) retirement plan, and the flexibility to choose the healthcare option that best suits your needs
We are bold. We are disruptive. We are authentic. We are unapologetically unique. We do not aspire to be the safest or the most conventional financial services company in the market. We aspire to be the most effective, the most loved by our clients, and the most respected for our results. That ambition shapes every hire, every meeting, every coaching session, and every decision.
You will:
- Become the first dedicated HR hire in the US business.
- Build the people function, rather than inheriting one.
- Work directly with senior leadership and influence how the organization grows.
- Support a founding team of approximately 20 employees while helping hire the next stage of the workforce.
- Create visible, lasting impact across recruiting, employee experience, leadership support, coaching and development & people operations.
If you're excited by the opportunity to combine recruiting expertise with broad HR leadership and build a people function from the ground up, we'd like to hear from you. Apply now with an updated CV and cover letter (optional).
