In this role, you’ll have a direct, positive impact on working families. Your responsibilities include:

• Scheduling appointments with individuals who have requested benefit details

• Leading virtual meetings (Zoom or phone) to review available coverage

• Understanding client needs and helping them match with the right plans

• Maintaining communication to support long-term relationships

• Following a proven training system designed for success, even for beginners

• Working toward personal goals, with pathways into leadership for those who want to advance

This is not a high-pressure sales environment. Your focus is to educate, guide, and support families so they can make informed choices.

• Clear, confident communication (written and verbal)

• Basic computer skills and comfort with online tools

• Strong motivation, discipline, and integrity

• The ability to pass a background check
