POSITION SUMMARY

The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. All employees are required to practice customer courtesy skills to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience. Maintain the cleanliness of the outlet and all food related smallwares

ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Interact with all guests and team members to positively influence the guest and team member experience. Demonstrate resiliency when faced with difficult situations under all types of business conditions. Work effectively and courteously with fellow team members.

3. Responsible for moving heavy supplies and equipment as directed.

4. Responsible for the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the Kitchens, culinary areas and food set up and prep areas.

5. Routine manual labor, including but not limited to ware washing, mopping, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming, cleaning walls, foodservice equipment and simple operation of basic equipment.

6. Assist management as needed for guests’ needs.

7. Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including nights,

weekends and holidays; shifts may change based on business needs.

8. Performs other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to bend 20% from waist; stand and walking 40% and pulling 20%

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance

Mental Demands:

• Must be able to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, ware washing equipment, carts, tables, cleaning equipment

Work Environment:

• Must be able to work in a gaming environment with exposure to bright/flashing lights, crowds and above average noise levels.

• Must be able to work in exposed to all temperatures, moisture, dust, fumes, smoke, and cleaning chemicals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience/Education:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Safety and OSHA regulations preferred.

Other:

• Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification.

• Must complete all required company training.
