First Resources Corp. is growing behavioral health services in Southeast Iowa, and we’re looking for a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist who wants to grow with us. Provide meaningful therapy. Work with mental health and co-occurring substance use needs. Bring your clinical expertise to programs across our organization. And most importantly, have a voice in what we build next. We want someone who is passionate about clinical work, hungry for growth, and excited by the opportunity to help strengthen behavioral health services in our communities. What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and family therapy.
• Complete assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment plans.
• Treat mental health and co-occurring substance use needs within your scope of practice.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with behavioral health, substance use, and community-based teams.
• Serve as a mental health resource across First Resources Corp.
• Provide clinical education and consultation on mental health, crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and complex behavioral health needs.
• Help us identify opportunities to grow and strengthen behavioral health services.

What You Must Bring

• Master’s degree or higher in an appropriate behavioral health discipline.
• Current Iowa independent clinical license as an LISW
• Ability to assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy within your scope of practice.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to person-centered, evidence-based care.

• Have experience with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Have experience providing substance use assessment or treatment.
• Enjoy complex cases and collaborating across disciplines.
• Want to mentor and develop future clinicians.
• Are qualified, or interested in becoming qualified, to supervise temporarily licensed clinicians, including tLMHCs.
