Licensed Practical Nurse Position Summary

As a member of the care team, the LPN works to provide patient-centered care. Assists Providers in patient care activities including but not limited to examining and treating patients, as directed, as well as updating documents and electronic records. Orders and restocks exam rooms and office supplies as needed. Performs other clinical, laboratory, administrative and clerical tasks to facilitate office functions.

Licensed Practical Nurse Position Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
• Licensed and currently registered as a Licensed Practical Nurse in home state
• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic health record strongly preferred.

Licensed Practical Nurse Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday, Day Shift
