What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop the resident care and nursing team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance coaching.
• Serve as RN of record for resident service plans, assessments, and change-in-condition protocols.
• Partner with residents, families, and care providers to deliver seamless, person-centered care.
• Drive quality through clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and participation in QA and Performance Improvement Committees.
• Be a visible leader on the Highview Leadership Team, contributing to operations, resident well-being, and staff engagement.

What You'll Need:

• Current licensure in Illinois as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing (required).
• 1-3 years of leadership experience in a hospital, long-term care, or other healthcare-related setting (required).
• Must have good interpersonal relations with proven communication skills, both verbal and written (required).
