What would you do as a Branch Manager?

As the Branch Manager in Southfield, you have the responsibility of ensuring the main office branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service and growth plans. You'll oversee day-to-day branch operations, supervising staff, ensuring excellent member service, promoting credit union products and services, and maintaining compliance with regulations. As part of the management team, the Southfield Branch Manager actively participates in the general management of the credit union. Education:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.

Experience:

• Two years of similar or related experience in a branch office of a credit union or financial institution required.
• Proven success in leading a team of 6 or more people.
