ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Greeter is the first point of contact for patients and visitors, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment. This role assists patients with navigation and transportation needs, provides general information, and supports front desk operations to ensure smooth facility flow.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Warmly welcome patients and visitors as they arrive at the care center. Provide directions, answer questions, and assist patients with transportation needs such as wheelchair support. Support front desk activities including check-in assistance and managing the lobby area. Ensure waiting areas remain clean, orderly, and safe for patients and guests. Notify clinical and administrative staff of patient arrivals and special assistance requests. Support patient satisfaction initiatives through friendly and respectful communication. Assist with maintaining logs, visitor check-in procedures, or other assigned tasks. Escalate concerns or requests to appropriate personnel when necessary.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare settings preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Professional demeanor and appearance. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computers and peripherals.
