Pay Rate: 14.24 - 16.00 per hour (including holiday pay)
Fully funded Enhanced DBS
Shifts: Various 6 to 12-hour shifts available , guaranteed hours available after successful probation
About the RoleRoutes Healthcare is looking for experienced Complex Care Assistants to provide specialist one-to-one support to clients with complex healthcare needs in their own homes.
Duties Include:- Personal care and daily living support
- Tracheostomy, ventilation and respiratory care
- PEG feeding and medication support
- Monitoring client well being and reporting concerns
- Following care plans and maintaining accurate records
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
Minimum 6 months' paid UK care experience
Compassionate, reliable and committed to high-quality care
Willingness to complete specialist complex care training
