Job Description
Production Operator – Batch Mixing
First Shift | Full-Time | Training Provided
**Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM**
**No nights. No rotating shifts. No weekends.**
Pay
* $21.00/hour starting wage
* Increase to $22.50/hour after successfully completing your 90-day training and probationary period
* Applicants with directly related manufacturing or batch mixing experience may be considered for a higher starting wage.

What You'll Do
* Measure and weigh raw materials.
* Blend materials by following detailed batch formulas.
* Operate mixers and other production equipment.
* Fill, label, and package finished products.
* Perform quality checks.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
* Follow established safety and quality procedures.
* Work with your team to meet daily production goals.
What We're Looking For
* High school diploma or GED
* Dependable with excellent attendance
* Strong work ethic
* Basic math and measurement skills
* Attention to detail
* Willingness to learn
* Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
Work Environment
This is a hands-on manufacturing position. The work is physically active and can be dirty at times. We maintain a strong safety culture and provide the training, equipment, and personal protective equipment needed for every employee to work safely.
