Housekeeper in North Sioux City, South Dakota at Avalon Capital Group Inc

Job Summary: Seeking a skilled housekeeper to perform detailed cleaning of all interior spaces including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and specialty rooms (e.g. home gym, pool, screened porch, and theater).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Five-Star daily housekeeping service to family, guests, and associates
• Active participation in and execution of daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual housekeeping tasks including straightening, thorough cleaning, and deep cleaning
• Completion of turndown services for family and guests
• Sorting, steaming, washing, ironing, and folding of luxury fine linens and delicate fabrics
• Maintain cleanliness of high traffic areas and ensure the house is always guest-ready
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safe cleaning practices
• Respond to requests timely and follow through until completed
• Knowledge of proper care for fine furnishings, fabrics, and specialty materials
• Care for high-end surfaces such as marble, hardwood, specialty art, antiques and specialty fabrics using proper techniques
• Physical stamina to perform detailed cleaning tasks
• Use discretion when working around family members and guests
• Always follow strict confidentiality and privacy standards
• Flexibility to go the extra mile when needed to get the job done

Working Conditions:

• Work may include some evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Assist with service support during special events as needed

• High level professionalism, always ensuring full confidentiality and discretion
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends, holidays, or events
• Ability to anticipate household needs and take initiative
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computer systems to communicate, manage calendars, maintain digital records, and coordinate with vendors.
• Ability to learn and use household management software, security systems, and other technology platforms as required

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 year’s experience cleaning luxury, high-end homes, fine finishings, delicate linens, special surfaces, and how to work around high-end artwork and antiques
• Physical stamina and mobility
