Flexibility in our Part-Time Cleaning Technician Position at Costello Property Management LLC – Rapid City, South Dakota

If you enjoy cleaning while building relationships with people in the community and are looking for a part-time position, we have a great opportunity! This position offers 29 hours per week.

Responsibilities in this role

1. Accountable to the manager during normal office hours. ‘
2. Inform Manager or Maintenance Staff of repairs that are needed.
3. Vacuum weekly with equipment as provided by property.
4. Wipe down handrails.
5. Clean all windows with glass cleaner.
6. Spot clean tables and chairs as needed.
7. Washers and dryers should be moved two times a year and cleaned beneath and behind, with manager/maintenance assistance.
8. Clean/vacuum common areas throughout building.
9. Complete final cleaning of units to make them rent-ready.
10. Other duties as assigned

Hourly wage range:

$14.00 – $15.00 per hour

1. Complete annual training as assigned.

2. Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

3. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.

4. Willingness to use personal vehicle to travel between properties.
