📍 Location: Miami, FL
💰 Pay: $15.00/hour
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper / Property Cleaner to help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of our property.

Responsibilities:

• Keep the property grounds clean and well-maintained
• Assist with bulk trash removal and compactor operations
• Pick up litter and debris throughout the community
• Clean common areas and maintain the overall appearance of the property
• Perform heavy lifting as needed
• Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and presentable for residents and visitors

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical labor and heavy lifting
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Previous groundskeeping or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required

Please Note: This is not a maintenance position. No maintenance repairs or technical experience are required.
