In this role, you will collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in building scalable analytics solutions, developing dashboards, and defining performance metrics that influence business outcomes. - Analyze operational and product data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and alerts that enable teams to make informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with operations, product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to solve complex data challenges and improve operational performance.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics aligned with business objectives.
- Translate complex datasets into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply analytical techniques to evaluate performance patterns, conduct trend analysis, and support data-driven initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting and analytics solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics processes, tools, and methodologies.
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, operations analytics, strategy, business intelligence, or related fields.
- Strong SQL skills with experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing complex datasets.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, including hypothesis testing, trend analysis, and data interpretation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
