Caring Friends In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Assistant Scheduler to help coordinate quality care for our clients. This position plays a key role in supporting our caregivers, ensuring client schedules are covered, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and their families.

• Assist with creating and maintaining caregiver schedules.
• Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and client needs.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to scheduling requests.
• Communicate schedule changes with caregivers and clients in a timely manner.
• Help fill open shifts and manage last-minute call-offs.
• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous scheduling, customer service, healthcare, or office experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
