Accountabilities:

As a Senior Business Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying operational improvements, supporting strategic decisions, and helping optimize growth initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing business and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Structuring diagnostics, hypotheses, and strategic analyses related to growth, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to validate business opportunities and identify key improvement levers.
  • Developing insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions by leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Supporting the definition of business metrics, analytical models, and frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Investigating root causes behind business challenges, questioning assumptions, and going beyond surface-level analysis.
  • Translating complex analyses into clear, actionable conclusions aligned with business objectives.
  • Partnering with teams across operations, sales, and customer success to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall business performance.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and experience using data to improve business performance. The required qualifications and skills include:

  • Experience conducting strategic analyses related to customer acquisition, retention, sales operations, and/or customer success.
  • Experience working with SaaS business metrics such as MRR, CAC, Churn, LTV, Payback, and other recurring revenue indicators.
  • Previous experience analyzing operational efficiency and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break complex challenges into structured analyses.
  • Comfort working with numbers, proportions, variations, and business metrics, with knowledge of applied statistics and data interpretation.
  • Critical thinking skills, including the ability to challenge assumptions and identify root causes behind business results.
  • Ability to transform data findings into clear recommendations and strategic actions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset, curiosity, and interest in understanding business dynamics from a broad perspective.
