Staff Accountant in Tampa, Florida at Tampa Family Health Centers

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active and unrestricted Florida license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Experience in primary care, community health, or public health preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with EHR systems and clinical workflows
• Ability to mentor, develop, and motivate staff
• Strong problem-solving and operational management skills

Please note that the employee’s initial training schedule may differ from the regular schedule of the position. All new hires, including part-time employees, must be available for up to 40 hours of in-person, on-site training during their first week.
