Pay
- All-inclusive rate per route mileage, drive time, and expenses are already factored in (no separate per-mile pay).
- Orientation bonus: paid after 30 days with no call-offs
- Incentive: $150 after 30 days active with no call-offs
- Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit or same-day cash-out (fees may apply)
What Makes Someone Successful Here Reliable and on time. Detail-oriented. Communicates quickly when something comes up. Comfortable adjusting on the fly. Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience is a plus but not required.
What the Route Looks Like
- Run your stops using our driver app navigation, scheduling, and real-time support built in
- Photograph pickups/deliveries and log proof of delivery through the app
- Handle specimens carefully and keep proper temperature (room, refrigerated, or frozen as required)
- Contact dispatch right away if anything looks damaged, improperly packaged, or off
What You'll Need
- Personal vehicle (2016+ preferred), valid license, active insurance, satisfactory driving record (MVR)
- Smartphone (iOS 13+/Android 11+) with reliable data
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- 21+ years old
- Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience a plus not required

All contractor engagements require a satisfactory background check and MVR review.
