This is an excellent opportunity for an Information Security professional to contribute to the governance, maturity, and continuous improvement of enterprise cybersecurity practices. In this role, you will help define security policies, manage cyber risks, and strengthen compliance across critical business environments. Working in a fully remote and collaborative setting, you will partner with technical and business teams to implement industry best practices, monitor security performance, and support strategic governance initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and governance processes.

• Structure, implement, and continuously improve cybersecurity governance processes across the organization.
• Develop, maintain, and review information security policies, standards, procedures, and governance documentation.
• Manage cybersecurity risks by identifying, assessing, mitigating, monitoring, and reporting security exposures.
• Support and enhance processes related to vulnerability management, security incident management, asset management, and compliance.
• Ensure alignment with industry frameworks and best practices, including NIST, ISO 27001, and ISA/IEC 62443 where applicable.
• Define, monitor, and report security KPIs and KRIs to measure program effectiveness and organizational risk.
• Prepare technical and executive reports to communicate cybersecurity maturity, compliance status, and key security risks.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to promote security awareness and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with information security governance, policies, standards, audits, and compliance processes.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including NIST and ISO 27001; familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443 is a plus.
• Experience working with security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, and security monitoring platforms.
• Strong understanding of cyber risk management, vulnerability management, and security governance practices.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business areas.
• Experience in industrial (OT/ICS) environments is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with tools such as Claroty, xDome, Trend Micro, or similar security platforms is desirable.
• Information Security certifications, knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools, and technical English proficiency are considered strong differentiators.
