ProFlex Physical Therapy, powered by Areté Health, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Waldorf, MD.

You'll work with a collaborative outpatient orthopedic team, helping patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and get back to the activities that matter to them. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, values clinical autonomy, and wants to be part of a team that supports one another while delivering excellent care.

What you'll want to know

• Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
• Schedule: Full-time, with scheduling flexibility based on clinic and team needs.
• Location: ProFlex Physical Therapy | Waldorf, MD. This is an onsite clinical position.
• Work environment: Outpatient physical therapy clinic treating a diverse patient population, including orthopedic conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and neurological conditions. You'll work alongside the Clinic Director and clinical team, with a manageable average caseload of 10–12 patients per day and access to mentorship and clinical support.

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions using evidence-based physical therapy practices.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient's goals, progress, and functional needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients, helping them understand their recovery and take an active role in their care.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Director and fellow clinicians to deliver a consistent, positive patient experience.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in team collaboration, clinical mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

Required

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Maryland (or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to individualized, patient-centered care.

Preferred

• Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Interest in continuing education, clinical development, and collaborative patient care.
