ProFlex Physical Therapy, powered by Areté Health, is looking for a Physical Therapist Clinic Director to lead our Waldorf, MD clinic.

As Clinic Director, you’ll lead the Waldorf clinic, support and develop the team, and still stay connected to patient care with a manageable caseload. You’ll work closely with our regional operations and clinical leadership teams to make sure the clinic is delivering great care, running smoothly, and continuing to grow. This is an important hire for us because strong local leadership is key to building the team and creating the kind of clinic where both patients and clinicians want to be.

What you'll want to know

• Compensation: $110,000–$115,000 annually, with additional incentive opportunity.
• Schedule: Full-time, onsite; schedule is built around clinic needs with flexibility for the right leader.
• Location: ProFlex Physical Therapy in Waldorf, MD
• Work environment: You’ll lead the clinic while maintaining a manageable patient caseload, with a clinical model built around approximately 10 patients per day. You’ll have support from regional operations and clinical leadership, along with technology designed to reduce documentation burden.

• Lead the day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the Waldorf clinic.
• Treat patients while maintaining the time and capacity to effectively lead the team and clinic.
• Coach, support, and develop clinic team members while creating a strong, collaborative culture.
• Own the patient experience and help ensure high-quality, consistent clinical care.
• Monitor clinic performance and work with leadership to achieve operational and growth goals.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the local community to help grow the clinic.
• Serve as the local leader for the clinic, with a meaningful voice in how the team and business continue to develop.

Required

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Maryland Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure in Maryland.
• Experience practicing as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills.
• Interest in taking ownership of both patient care and the overall success of a clinic.

Preferred

• Previous leadership, Clinic Director, or similar experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
