Content Project Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Content Project Coordinator based in the United States.

The Content Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of statewide computer-based assessment programs. You’ll work closely with project leaders and cross-functional teams to coordinate deliverables, documentation, reviews, and project activities. The role combines project coordination, administrative support, communication, and content operations in a collaborative environment. You’ll help keep projects organized, timelines on track, and stakeholders aligned throughout the development process. You’ll also contribute to educator training, meeting preparation, reporting, and other initiatives that support assessment programs. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to education-focused projects while developing strong project management and coordination experience. The position is fully remote and requires candidates to live and work within the United States.

Accountabilities
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support to content teams, ensuring deliverables are clearly communicated, tracked, and completed on schedule.

  • Organize and maintain project management materials, including meeting agendas, official minutes, issue logs, tracking documents, and related artifacts.

  • Coordinate item review activities, tracking feedback from clients and ensuring responses and resolutions are followed through with the appropriate internal teams.

  • Maintain and update documentation, reference materials, and support resources used by content teams.

  • Coordinate or participate in educator training sessions covering relevant systems, processes, and workflows.

  • Prepare materials and provide logistical support for internal and client-facing meetings.

  • Assist with the preparation and assembly of reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other project documentation.

  • Work independently on assigned short- and long-term projects while proactively identifying opportunities to support broader team priorities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace/Google Suite.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction while also collaborating effectively within a team.

  • Strong work ethic, accountability, and a proactive approach to identifying and completing tasks.

  • Comfort working in a structured, deadline-driven environment where accuracy and consistent follow-through are important.

Benefits
  • Fully remote work within the United States.

  • Full-time employment.

  • Opportunity to contribute to education-focused projects supporting students, educators, and assessment programs.

  • Collaborative work environment with exposure to cross-functional teams and project management activities.

  • Opportunities to develop experience in content operations, project coordination, educator training, and educational technology.

  • Additional benefits and compensation details are provided by the hiring company during the application and interview process.
