Job Description

Senior Product Manager (Financial Services)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Financial Services) based in the United States.

Join a fast-paced product organization where you'll lead the development of mission-critical financial services platforms that power trading operations, settlement, treasury, and cash management. This role offers the opportunity to shape products that support complex financial workflows while collaborating closely with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders. You'll translate intricate operational and regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience. Working in an innovative, remote-first environment, you'll influence product strategy from discovery through delivery while helping build the next generation of financial infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced product leader who thrives in highly technical, regulated, and rapidly evolving markets.

Accountabilities
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for trading operations, settlement, clearing, treasury, and cash management solutions, from discovery and requirements gathering through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Define and optimize workflows for settlement, reconciliation, cash allocation, end-of-day reporting, and operational processes while ensuring scalability and operational excellence.
  • Lead the integration of trading venues, financial institutions, liquidity providers, and counterparties, supporting account provisioning, settlement processes, and operational connectivity.
  • Partner with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to develop detailed business and product requirements, user stories, and technical documentation.
  • Prioritize product roadmaps by balancing immediate business needs with long-term platform growth, reliability, and regulatory readiness.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze adoption metrics, oversee testing activities, and maintain accurate documentation across Jira, Confluence, and other product management tools.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles within fintech, financial services, or high-growth technology organizations.
  • Strong expertise in post-trade operations, settlement, clearing, treasury, cash management, reconciliation, or broker-dealer operations.
  • Solid understanding of financial accounting structures, ledger management, debit/credit logic, account reconciliation, and trade lifecycle processes.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments and proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex operational, financial, and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and actionable development plans.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with API integrations, modern web applications, or financial platform integrations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with regulated financial environments, digital assets, blockchain technologies, or cryptocurrency platforms is considered an advantage.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Fully remote work environment within the United States with company-provided equipment.
  • Stock option program.
  • Opportunity to work on innovative financial technology products within a growing and collaborative organization.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge financial infrastructure, digital asset technologies, and highly impactful product initiatives.
