ServiceNow Partner Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Partner Manager based in Canada.

The ServiceNow Partner Manager will play a key role in building and expanding strategic partnerships within the enterprise technology ecosystem.
This position focuses on creating joint business opportunities, increasing solution adoption, and developing scalable go-to-market strategies.
The ideal candidate will combine partnership expertise, enterprise software knowledge, and strong relationship-building skills.
Working closely with sales, technical, and executive stakeholders, this role will help drive customer success and revenue growth through strategic alliances.
The position offers the opportunity to influence partner strategy within a fast-growing technology environment focused on data quality, governance, and innovation.
Successful candidates will bring a strong understanding of ecosystem development and a proven ability to turn partnerships into measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities:

The ServiceNow Partner Manager will own the development and execution of strategic partnership initiatives, strengthening collaboration and creating new opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ServiceNow sales teams, partner organizations, and solution stakeholders.
  • Identify, develop, and manage joint customer opportunities to accelerate adoption and business growth.
  • Position solutions effectively to address enterprise challenges related to CMDB data quality, governance, and reliability.
  • Develop repeatable partner-led go-to-market strategies and engagement models.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to support partner-generated opportunities and revenue initiatives.
  • Expand existing integrations and strengthen joint value propositions within the partner ecosystem.
  • Support co-marketing activities including webinars, workshops, campaigns, and executive-level engagements.
  • Track partner performance metrics, including pipeline generation, revenue contribution, and customer success outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and strategic partner stakeholders.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to improve partnership strategies and ecosystem growth.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing strategic technology partnerships, enterprise sales ecosystems, and partner-driven growth initiatives.

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel sales, ecosystem management, or related roles.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow, CMDB, ITSM, data governance, metadata management, or data quality solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and partner engagement models.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with technical teams, sales organizations, and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and translate customer challenges into effective solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute initiatives independently.
  • Experience collaborating across sales, marketing, product, and technical teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative technology environment.
