Join our 50-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit and make a lasting impact as patients regain their independence and prepare to return home. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of physicians, therapists, case managers, and PCTs while developing advanced clinical skills caring for a diverse patient population. Whether you're an experienced RN or a new graduate, you'll receive exceptional support through a comprehensive 10–12-week orientation and guidance from a dedicated unit educator, setting you up for long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Under the direction of a licensed Nurse and with respect for human dignity delivers a variety of high quality care and will perform the basic patient care that meets the needs and uniqueness of assigned patients.
- Is responsible for the delivery of quality care and service excellence; and adheres to the PH Standards of Behavior.
Qualifications
- Must obtain CPR certification within 60 days of hire. CNA/EMT/Paramedic certification preferred.
- If assigned to the Parkview Randallia Family Birthing Center, PCTs must be bonded as a notary public within 6 months of hire for those 18 years and older.
- Must have a HS Diploma or GED. If candidate is at least 17 years of age but does not yet have a current high school diploma/GED, the following requirements must be met: must be actively working towards high school diploma/GED and receive within 2 years of hire.
