Data quality / CRM operations Evaluator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data Quality / CRM Operations Evaluator based in Canada.

This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity for an experienced data quality or CRM operations professional to apply their expertise to AI-generated work.
You will evaluate documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business artifacts for accuracy, rigor, and domain-specific quality.
Your professional judgment will help determine whether AI-generated outputs meet practical standards used in real-world data and CRM environments.
The role combines subject-matter expertise, critical analysis, and structured written feedback.
You will work independently while applying clear evaluation rubrics and quality criteria consistently across different assignments.
This is an hourly, project-based engagement suited to professionals who enjoy analytical work and emerging AI applications.
Your expertise will contribute to improving the reliability and usefulness of next-generation AI systems.

Accountabilities:
  • Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, slide decks, and other work products against established, domain-specific quality rubrics.
  • Assess outputs for accuracy, completeness, rigor, consistency, and practical relevance within data quality and CRM operations contexts.
  • Identify factual, analytical, formatting, presentation, and other quality-related errors or inconsistencies.
  • Apply professional expertise to determine whether AI-generated outputs meet expected standards and business requirements.
  • Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback explaining issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain consistency and objectivity when evaluating different outputs and assignments.
  • Use your experience in data quality and CRM operations to identify issues that may not be apparent through automated evaluation alone.
  • Contribute high-quality expert judgment that can help improve the performance, reliability, and usefulness of AI-generated business content.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in data quality, CRM operations, or a closely related field.
  • Native or professional fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of data quality principles, CRM processes, operational workflows, and business data standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle factual, logical, structural, and presentation issues.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and/or Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information objectively.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly through concise, structured written feedback.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to apply evaluation criteria consistently while exercising sound professional judgment.
  • A Master’s degree or higher from a reputable institution is considered an advantage.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work that can be completed on your own schedule.
  • Flexible, hourly independent-contractor engagement.
  • Weekly payments through Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
  • Opportunity to apply your professional expertise to cutting-edge AI evaluation and development projects.
  • Exposure to emerging AI technologies and real-world applications of human expertise in AI training.
  • Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project needs and performance.
  • No requirement to access confidential or proprietary information from previous employers, clients, or institutions.
  • Opportunity to contribute to improving the accuracy, quality, and reliability of next-generation AI systems.
  • Referral opportunity: earn up to $480 per successful referral, subject to applicable restrictions.
  • Please note that H-1B and STEM OPT candidates cannot currently be supported for this engagement.
