Full-Time | On-Site | Multi-Store Oversight

As we continue to expand across the LA area with over 22 thriving locations, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Multi-Unit Manager to help lead our growth and maintain excellence across our stores.

As a Multi-Unit Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of multiple Kreation locations. You’ll ensure that each store performs at its highest potential, delivers exceptional customer service, and maintains company standards. You'll support and coach Store Managers while creating a culture of unity, accountability, and operational excellence.

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of assigned stores
• Conduct regular check-ins with store managers and team leaders
• Lead succession planning and support internal growth initiatives
• Cultivate a positive and unified team culture through strong leadership and development skills
• Recruit, interview, and provide hiring approval for store-level talent
• Coach and manage performance, including termination decisions when necessary
• Uphold and enforce Kreation’s company policies and operational standards
• Stay proactive and informed; bring questions, solutions, and ideas to the table
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Lead Kreative initiatives to increase store and company-wide sales, including promotions, partnerships, community outreach, and localized marketing efforts

• 2+ years in a multi-unit or senior management role, ideally in the food, beverage, or retail industry
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple locations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A proactive mindset with a hands-on leadership style
• Food Manager Certification is a plus
• Passion for wellness, clean eating, and the Kreation Organic brand
